Sam, thank you for providing us with an opportunity to apologize for the issues that occurred with your vehicle’s shipment. Unfortunately, because delays are common during ground transportation and circumstances like this cannot be anticipated we always advise that all dates are estimated and are subject to change and never provide compensation for accommodations such as flights rentals and lodging. Our carriers are owner operators who set their own pricing and because the overall costs of traveling have increased due to inflation in addition to higher diesel prices, your route cost more than originally anticipated. We will always present you with all available options we receive, and you will be given the opportunity to accept or deny any carrier.
