I used Road Runner to bring my car from CA to MN. This is a car that a relative gave me (Datsun Z260 1974) The original title was given to the driver and the driver didn't drop the title with the car. After several weeks of trying to get the title Road Runner sent me an email stating that I need to take charge of the communication with the driver. After I paid them all the money they are asking me to try to reach out to their driver? This is the worst expirience ever.I did call back the sales person and he was terrible and not willing to help. The sales person was Kyle. He transfered me to talk to customer service and they transfered to dispach. So far no luck to talk to a manager or anyone that can be responsable for this. It has been 5 weeks already and I don't have the title.
