Overall everything went very smoothly. The driver, Dan, kept in touch with me and was prompt and very professional. My car arrived earlier than I expected, and other than how dirty it got on the trip, everything was exactly as I had left it. My only minor complaint is that the initial quote I got on the website was much less than I ended up paying. All in all, I will recommend and use Roadrunner again.
