I had to call a few times prior and after my car was picked up mainly just checking up on things because the company that picked up my car wasn’t super responsive. They also picked up one day late but still had it delivered on expected date. They were super nice and when I was able to get them on the phone they were very communicative. I was charged extra for filling my entire back seat but it was only $25 due on delivery. Will use again if I ever move cross country again!
