I shipped my 2007 Lexus with River Bluff Transport in October of 2007.My Lexus was damaged all under the front bumper. The estimates to fix the damage are $800.00 and dated in October 2007,but now I'm quite sure it's more. I have been trying to work with the owner Daniel to get resolution since October 2007. I have sent certified documents and pictures. This company moved, but I did in fact hunt them down.I have called, emailed faxed with no results. I have phoned and phoned with promises from Damiel that he was going to check with his insurance company and call me back. Once he even said "you should have had a check from my insurance company, let me check it out and call you back." I'm still waiting. He also suggested I file a claim with my insurance company.When the car was picked up, at my residence, the driver didn't want to inspect the vehicle. We did in fact inspect every square inch of the Lexus. I am retired military and this company is in Fayettville, NC outside Pope AFB and FT Bragg. Please beware of this company.
