My original contact was with the dealer that sold Mr. Hunt his vehcile, he was pleased with everything he heard, he gave the info to Mr. Hunt. Mr. Hunt proceeded to book the contract. At no time did I indicate that I had my own trucks. The basic service was selected which clearly indicated that this was a "no hurry", less expensive level of service. Mr. Hunt was fully advised if this. At no time did we have any acknowledge of any items in the truck. Mr. Hunt was indeed reimbursed as promised upon delivery of the vehicle. This is an undeserved review from Mr. Hunt.
