MISLED US, VERY LATE DELIVERY, FILTHY GREASE ALL OVER INTERIOR

All American Transport hired Rhino to deliver my vehicle due to a relocation for work. The driver was supposed to deliver car to CA (from OH) on a Saturday. Driver was phoned Sat. to confirm delivery time only to discover that he was "broken down" in IN for two days. The story was that the driver did not let his boss know (?). Driver was very rude. Sal Castro at Rhino did not care at all...THEY WERE IN NO HURRY TO DELIVER AS PROMISED, even though we went out of the way, working with All American Transport to find a company, Rhino, who would deliver within a specific time frame since I would be out of town for work and would be unavailable to sign for the car otherwise. They "promised" the car next by Monday, then it was Wednesday, then Thursday, then it did not arrive until Friday when I was out of town. They gave us an ultimatum and forced us to pay for the overnight delivery of a certified check to their company or they would not release the car (while I was out of town).

They did not care that I had to find someone to accept the car, knowing that I would be unable to inspect it personally. When I picked up my car, which I had detailed before shipping, the interior was absolutely filthy. It had been perfectly spotless. I found both driver and passenger door panels covered in greasy grime (like the road grease/grime on the tie downs used to secure the car on the hauler) all over the the handles, the shifter, and even the seat fabric. I mean FILTHY. I will need to have it specially cleaned to remove it. There were ashes all over as well. After touching the steering wheel once, my hands looked like I had just run them over the outside of a window that hadn't been cleaned in 6 months...black. Both Rhino and All American Transport, all the way up the ladder to the owners, were not willing to discount their fee despite the fact that I missed a conference and forfeited my deposit and also had to arrange transportation to/from work and to/from the airport. In fact, they did not return my calls. They MISLED US and overpromised on their service, knowing that their contract (that you sign) exempts them of any liability. They can say whatever they want to the customer to get your business and once they have your car, they have you over a barrel and truly have ZERO accountability or reason to treat you well. Both companies were a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! AWFUL, STRESSFUL, AND EXPENSIVE! They are VERY DISHONEST and DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. BOTTOMLINE: THEY MOVE FREIGHT FOR DOLLARS AND THAT IS ALL YOU ARE TO THEM.
