Still Waiting For My Refund from these liars

This is a follow up to an earlier review a few days ago. They are definately a scam! They request a certified letter to ask for your refund back but they will not accept the letter. My certified letter is on it's way back to me. I mailed it on 9/8/2008 and they were notified on 9/11/2008 and they never accepted the letter. I spoke to Jasilyn on 9/19/08 and she said the refund was sent to the wrong carrier and that I should receive my refund in 24-48 hours. That never happened. I called back on 9/26/08 and she told me I needed to speak to the owner. I spoke to a Lois and he said they had changed their card carrier and that that was the reason they could not process my return. Supposedly their new carrier could not process any previous transactions. He said he would send me a check. I am still waiting for a check. This company is really scam! What a terrible company. They are indeed liars, thiefs, and scam artist. DO NOT USE THEM! I would bet that the good reviews are fake.
