I hardly write any reviews. However, I was compelled enough to write reviews for this company to help others so that they do not repeat the same mistake that I made. This company is a scam run by liars.

They are ONLY nice until they get the order. Once they got my order, they never called me back. I felt as if I gave my credit card information to a fraud company. Their communication sucks. It's almost impossible to reach the customer service and they never returned my call back when I left messages at least four times and never replied to my email messages. After more than a week of placing the order and after trying couple of 100 times when I finally reached the customer service, the lady was rude and did not listen to me. She said that she will get back to me but never called me back the next day. Next day, she hung up on me twice for no reason.

I was promised that my car would be picked up within seven days by the person with which I placed the order. They put me in to big trouble by not picking up my car even in 12 days. As a result, my car shipment was delayed by over a week of what I planned initially and cost me over $250 bucks in rental car. I took 21 long days for my shipment to be complete, not to mention the frustration that I gad to go through.

Although, the initial shipment cost was 1150 (which is actually more than what lot of companies ask), I ended up spending more that $1400 if you include the cost of rental car. So, I guess it is better to pay a little more initially and use some other company to avoid all the frustration.
