Before contacting Red Carpet Auto Transport I had already tried to ship my vehicle with another company. The other company never personally contacted me with any updates and only sent me automated emails saying that they could not ship my car. They also took the deposit from my account before they even picked up my vehicle! It took the other company 2 months to tell me they couldn't ship my vehicle, and they didn't even call to tell me I had to call them. I would definitely recommend Red Carpet to anyone trying to ship their vehicle. You have a personal contact person that keeps you updated and works very hard for you. My agent Julie Kenyon was awesome and did her job very well.
