This was the first time I had ever had a vehicle transported, and knew very little about how to go about arranging to have this done. My elderly parents in California who no longer drive, were moving out of there lifelong home into an assisted living residence, and offered to give me their "cream-puff", low mileage Camry , but I would have to arrange for the pick-up and delivery from my end here in Minnesota. I made several calls to check pricing and learn what I could about the process.. and in doing so came across Summer Cooper at Red Carpet Auto Transport. Being a consciences and thrifty shopper I had alot of questions about pricing, how fees were determined, how fees were split between the broker and transport company, expected time of delivery, and how my order was prioritized. Summer Cooper was very knowledgeable and friendly, and ansered all of my questions so I went with their company. The service was outstanding! I ws in a real rush because the move date was very close and the vehicle was actually picked up the same day I place the order. My elderly parents told me that the transport company driver Jason, was very friendly and helpful, and used great care to load the car. The driver made several calls to me during the transport stage to keep me advised was arrived exactly during the 2 hour window he had promised. The car arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs this service and can guarantee a five star experience! Jeff
