Lorilai was very professional in handling my car transportation from CT to AZ in the middle of the snowiest weather ever known to history. She went above and beyond in order to get my car to me in a timely manner. They even applied some of my deposit to the carrier in order to get it out to me. Lorilai responded quickly to my emails and phone calls and patiently explained the process to me. I completely trust Lorilai and will use Red Carpet again.
