One minute after I posted vehicle for pick up I received a quote from Julie Kenyon. Accepted it. From that point on Julie communicated with me quickly via email and over the telephone. She informed me immediately when the pick up was assigned to a transport company, providing me with the company name/phone number and driver's name/cell number. She contacted me to verify the shipment was picked up on schedule. The delivery was to be on a Saturday, she called me at the home number I provided to make sure vehicle was delivered and followe up with a closing email. I transport vehicles a few times per year and it was a delight to actually have her communicate with me instead of my having to call and communicate with the broker or transport company because many don't stay in touch after you book them to do the transport.

P.S. The transport company she assigned was also excellent and faster than I have ever experienced in picking up and delivering the vehicle. Great job.
