Aaron encountered a fuel pump failure and was sidelined in Big Timber Montana fro repairs. The location of Big Timber and size of the city delayed the repairs for at least 2 days. Communictaion was routine defining the status and new projections. The situation ws not under his controll with the repair parts. The return portion of the trip was delayed 1 day due to the poor road conditions in the central part of the country. Significant winter storms were encountered slowing the travel time. An extra nights stay was required due to poor road and travel conditions. Communication of status was routine and effective. Delivery of the vehicle went smoothly and the the unit was received in good condition.
