I was skeptical about the process based on some horror stories that I read on a site that rates auto transport companies. However, I can say that Sheila Askelson at Red Carpet Transport must be the most customer service oriented person in the business! Sheila was very responsive (even on the weekends) and very clear in her communication. Even after the delivery company was selected, the communication level remained high. J&S Transport was in contact the day before the scheduled pick up and provided on-time delivery. NO problems with this one!
