Very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions. I had never shipped a car before so it was a relief to have someone answer my questions patiently.

I was, however, hoping to have my car picked up after 5pm. Unfortunately they couldn't make that happen and I had to leave the key hidden for the driver instead of a person-to-person hand off. That was kind of uncomfortable and there was no one there to watch the car being loaded onto the truck.

Also my car was shipped via open carrier and showed up with some fresh nicks in the paint. As a first-timer and considering the fee I paid, I would have appreciated a heads up from them about maybe buying a car cover for an open carrier shipment. I figured with an open carrier I'd have to take it to a car wash afterwards, but not a body shop.

So whatever broker you use, buy a car cover if you get an open carrier!

Again, nice people. Easy to talk to. Good at answering questions. It could have been a much worse experience, but it also could have been better. All told I'd probably use them again because they seemed to have their act together better than the other companies I talked to. But I wouldn't relish the experience.
