I would like to thank Recon Transport for handling our shipment in such a professional and timely manner. As our first time shipping our vehicle, we were clueless. Our customer service rep Jeremiah was patient and thorough walking us thru the process and making us feel as comfortable as possible thru the transaction. Once vehicle was picked up, I received a call from Recon Transport advising me of its status and was updated daily until the delivery of the vehicle. I must say I was VERY pleased with the personal customer service provided and will keep them in mind if I have the need to ship again.
