I would like to let you know that it states all over the papers that we e-mail that we don't guarantee a pick up or a delivery date there for I don't know how you say there is a delay of pick up, and second the driver had requested an extra $100 and I gave you the choice to ether pay the deference or wait for me to negotiate it with the next driver, you chose to have the car transported for an extra $100 ,your car was delivered as planed and I have done my job as a broker .
