Late pickup, bad experience

Long story short, I won't ever use this service again from this company. Why? I was quoted a price, paid my deposit, was told that I'd have to pay $200 MORE than the quote AFTER a delay of almost 2 weeks from the designated pickup week. Not only that but the promptness of arranging the pickup was not even clear and it sounded like my shipment order was always on some post-it note only to be given consideration whenever I checked on its status (every 2 days). I was never kept in the loop AND my car ended being dropped off to me with a faulty transmission after it had just been sitting on the side of the street waiting for the pickup. The experience? Late pickup, bad quoting and I was given my car with a transmission problem I previously never had..haha..what do YOU think? If I could give negative stars I'd dish it out in spades.

I would like to let you know that it states all over the papers that we e-mail that we don't guarantee a pick up or a delivery date there for I don't know how you say there is a delay of pick up, and second the driver had requested an extra $100 and I gave you the choice to ether pay the deference or wait for me to negotiate it with the next driver, you chose to have the car transported for an extra $100 ,your car was delivered as planed and I have done my job as a broker .
