Never delivered...and they keep my deposit??

Originally scheduled to pick up the vehicle and transport from California to Arizona. Good cost when compared to other quotes. Issues arose with the vehicle and I called to place the transport on hold until they could be resolved. Rachel stated this was no problem and waited to list the vehicle for pickup. After a week the issues were resolved and the car was placed back on the "board" for assignment. For over a week I waited to hear back on the status of the shipment and recieved nothing. When I contacted them I recieved no other information on the status of the vehicle. Other arrangements were made to ship the vehicle. I notified Rachel to remove the car from their system and refund the deposit to which she replied "the deposit will not be refunded". Correct me if I'm wrong but a deposit is to hold your place as a customer for services that will be given.....no services (in this case shipment), no reason to withold a deposit. I currently have a complaint through the BBB pending to recieve my money back.

Never again.

The customer is forgetting to let you know that I have called him to let him know that I have a driver that is going to pick him up that day and that's when he decided to let me know that he wants to place the order on hold so the services were done but refused by customer and when it was placed back for pick up on the board he was inpatient and demanded his refund .
