These people are scammers. I made a payment and when it was time to pick up the vehicle, they called me to tell me about a lie, saying the driver got into a car accident and proceeded to ask for more money to pay a different person to pick up the car. They never sent a driver and never gave me a refund that they promised. Now I am going to the police department to complete a police report. The customer service representative was rude. He used profanity and made sex noises on the phone. Do not give them your money because you will have a hard time getting it back.
