This is a terrible and scandalous company. They are not honest and will say anything just to get your business. I flew in from Denver, CO to Houston, TX on Wednesday night, 05/29/24 to have my car picked up on Friday, 05/31/24 at 1:00PM for transport to Denver. The driver never showed. When I contacted the company's representative, I was informed that the car would be picked up on Saturday at a 2X the price. I informed the representative that it was a breach of the contract and requested my deposit of $250 be returned to my credit card. The rep became rude and stated that the contract could not be cancel and my request for a refund would be denied.
