I should have paid attention to these reviews before contracting with Quality, because I too ended up with a horrible experience. Quality has one contact person, Ed, who rarely answers his phone and never returns calls. I made my car available for pickup starting August 8. I did not receive any calls for two days, so I asked the broker for Ed's number; he never picked up nor returned my calls. On August 11, he called me and said he wanted to pick up the car in 30 minutes (despite the agreement that customers would be given at least 3 hours notice). The drive mentioned that my could would be expected to arrive at its destination on August 19. From August 19 through August 29, I had to call multiple times per day (and from different numbers) in order to get hold of Ed, and every day was the same answer.."car will arrive tomorrow" or "next day." For 11 straight days, I received the same dishonest answer. I got the broker involved, who also admitted that dealing with Quality was proving to be very difficult. On the 26th, he said it would be delivered the morning of the 27th. On the 27th, he said it would be delivered that night. On the 28th, he said it would be delivered the morning of the 29th. On the 29th, he said it would be delivered in the evening. I finally received my car in the evening on the 30th. Overall, I am extremely disappointed that getting ahold of Quality was difficult, and when I did, they kept leading me on with false promises of a next day or next few hours delivery. The amount of frustration I experienced while working with Quality I would not recommend to my worst enemy. If you are considering or have been assigned Quality, please do not go forward and find an alternative. The broker I used has already agreed never to use this carrier going forward. The only positive was that the driver, Tony, (who Quality refused to provide me his phone number) is one of the nicest person you'll ever meet. But dealing with Ed was a very frustrating experience.
