QUALITY AUTO TRANSPORT refuses to take care of damage!

Quality Auto Transport (prev. Quality Transport LLC) at 1072 Casitas Pass Rd #110, Carpinteria, CA 93013 damaged my Subaru Impreza to the sum of $1,700. The carrier loaded an inop car in front of mine. That car was not secured right and released while on trailer, it rolled back against mine causing my Impreza to smash against the car loaded behind causing front & rear bumper damage!
Quality Auto Transport is not acknowledging nor taking responsibility of damage caused by driver's negligence. I thought it would be something every one should be aware of.
