The biggest issue I had with provehicleshipping is the promotion that was used to sway me to them in the first place. $500 Gas Vouchers. We researched and received several quotes that were in the same general ballpark and decided on PVS because of the vouchers. After the vehicle arrived we received the info for the promotion...started buying all of our gas at one gas station and sent in our receipts as instructed. Heard nothing for 3 months....figured it was a long process so was patient. Eventually, called to inquire about the promotion and learned that they went out of business and a there was a lawsuit pending. Called PVS back and asked if they knew about it...they said they did and that they were getting coupons from another vendor......and that I would be put on a list to receive said coupons....well....10 months later.....no coupons...no $500 worth of gas.....and we paid about $250 more than other companies to move vehicle.
If they are still offering this offer I would steer clear and go with the cheaper carriers.
Second item was that when the vehicle arrived there was grease stains on the inside on the seats...center console....and carpet............on driver side....i was able to remove most but took some serious cleaning.
