I'll am pasting exact email I sent to professional vehicle shippers after calling them many times to hear that its not their responsibility.Professional Vechicle Shipping,

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I've had my vehicle shipped from Seattle, WA to Norcross, GA. The Vehicle was damaged in transit, and the drivers tried to trick by pouring muddy water all over the hood, but I was able to recognize the dents on the hood and had a discussion with them, the drivey could barely communicate and has adviced me to deduct 150$ for now and call the company office and claim for the rest.

I've received Quotes from Professional Vehicle Shipping saying my vehicle would be taken care and would be delivered in Pioneer Condition and that all of your carriers are highly rated, covering the full value of insurance. Now as I see Neither the Professional Vehicle Shipping Nor your carrier respond.

I please urge and request to please step ahead and look into the matter and resolve. If its a matter 150$ I will pay that immediately to the concerned, but would like to get this solved. There were no dents marked in pre-inspection of the vechicle, I've all proofs including the paper work. I want to make this transition smooth and deal it professionally, and I would require your full co-operation.

I would be patient for you to react.

Thank you

Eswar

Mail was sent 9th of May, nobody replied or no phone call or hardly any concern shown. They got their money and now keeping quiet. I've my car damaged and I am the bearer of the problem. These guys hire cheap carrier who don't even receive my call or respond or rather can hardly talk. and the drivers have thrown mud water to cover the dents on my car, cheap tricks under big name

Dents on the vehicle were noted on the bill of lading at the time of pick up. Carriers will not be held responsible for existing damages. Customers will not be allowed to take advantage of hard-working carriers who have great ratings, are fully insured, and do their job to the best of their abilities.
