Just giving all warning that this company lied to me and wasted 2 days of my time as a car buyer as well as the sellers time. After being quoted a price of $550.00 to transport my new car purchase from NY to NC, I was then finally told that a driver had been found, but it would cost me an additional $200.00 making the price $750.00. Then I setup pickup to be on Tuesday Oct 19, 2021. I called to tell seller and he took off work (without pay) to meet Pristine to pick up car. They did not show up all day after I called at least 15 times with no answer. Then I was told they would be out Wednesday Oct 20, 2021. After starting my calls from 7am til 8pm I was lied to that the driver would be there in an hour... then another hour that he was in traffic, etc etc. Never showed up. Let me express to you that the seller of this car took off work 2 days "without pay" to meet Pristine. I finally got a hold of the owner of Pristine and called him around 8pm and he came up with this song and dance that driver was in a fender bender on Tuesday, etc etc. but of course he had no answer for telling me the driver was on the way all day and he was in traffic. I feel responsible for the sellers loss of income, so just letting you guys know that you have been warned NEVER to use Pristine Auto Transport. as a side note: The owner of Pristine is name Jose Hernandez. He seemed to want to talk over me with excuses and was extremely rude. Avoid this man at all costs
