This is the most unprofessional moving company I have ever hired. I've moved cross country 4 times now and this is the worst moving company I've encountered having hired 4 in the past. The contract was signed on November 28, 2017. The movers arrived for pick up at my home in Reno, NV on December 6. I'm writing this review on January 22 2018 and my belongings still have not arrived even though the Presidential Movers salesman David Hilton of Ellicott City, Maryland promised the movers would deliver my belongings within 14 days of pick up. It's now nearly 2 months later and I'm still waiting. The salesman David Hilton lied at the beginning and continues to lie about my move to date. He has told me to contact the company's "customer service" office to inquire about the delivery date. I have called that office dozens and dozens of times only to get a voice mail. I left dozens and dozens of messages and the company will not return my calls. I've sent emails and texts and there is no response from Presidential Movers. I did get one call back from a very incompetent and rude woman who said my belongings were to be loaded on a truck from their storage facility in Sacramento and the delivery would be made at my home in a matter of days in Montana. That was two weeks ago and the truck still has not arrived. I have left more voice mails and they are not returned by this shady company. I now have filed a formal complaint with the federal transportation department and Better Business Bureau. I also have filed a police report with the Billings Mintana police department. I suppose I am the victim of a home robbery at this point. I am requesting a refund and I will continue to pursue all legal avenues until I receive all of my belongings. I am going to have to consider a lawsuit against this firm as well. Presidential Movers had a long list of consumer fraud complaints filed with the federal transportation department and there are even more complaints all over Facebook regarding these thieves. Do not hire this company. You are only going to have your items misplaced or stolen by this band of hopeless thieves. I am going to continue to pursue this company in the courts until my belongings are returned and I receive a complete refund and a written apology from the owner. This is a company that deserves to have all of its licenses revoked to protect other unaware consumers from the horrible experience I have been put through. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. They are not worthy of your time or income. Search elsewhere for a reputable professional moving company. Thank you. God bless.
