This has been the worst moving experience with this company ever! Do not use this company be forewarned. They rope you in with what seems to be a reasonable quote after you give them a full inventory. They came a day late and I lost two days of work. They NEVER told me my stuff was then going to a warehouse to sit and wait for a weekly run! I was told it was leaving a week ago and it is STILL sitting there and not leaving for another week, I was promised a delivery date that is not going to be close now. BONI G is quick to get you money but do not ever expect to hear back from her once she has your money they take your number down and never call you back. There is one guy that goes by the name of Ryan in customer service that says there is NO ONE above him and NO ONE else to talk to??? They don't care that my stuff is late and that I'm moving into an empty apartment with no where for us to sleep. I'm disgusted. They also charged me $500 dollars more than originally quoted and have been nothing but unresponsive about all of my complaints. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB against this company as well. I'll be lucky if they don't steal our stuff or break it at this rate. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!!!
