I was very pleased with the service provided by Phoenix Auto Transport! I needed my vehicle but didn't have the time to make the drive. Because I travel on my job, timing the move was a huge concern for me. My initial contact was Candice Dakota responding to my email requesting a quote. Her email was extremely thorough and to the point. Candice outlined the process from A to Z and noted sources I could check to assist me in making my selection. She never hasseled me via phone nor did she send numerous emails requesting my business. It wasn't until later that I understood why. This was my first time transporting a vehicle and I had a lot of questions. She made it easy and painless. NO WORRIES!!!! Days after awarding her the contract, she called to inform me, she'd located a carrier. It happened so fast! From day one, Candice was friendly, professional, prompt and knowledgable, answering any and all my questions and concerns. What more could I ask for? Phoenix Auto Transport, though somewhat pricey compared to the quotes I received, is in a class of their own. I got what I paid for and then some! Thanks so very much Candice!!!! :-D
