This was my first time ever using a transport company and was originally scheduled with another company, who did not follow through. Well at the last minute I am trying to get this car transported in about four days from Tennessee to Washington State. This was horrible, I called Candace and explained my situation to her and she got everything set up for me and kept in constant contact with me and that was great! She explained that the pick up day may be a day or two later than what I had originally planned but I told her that was fine.The vehicle was picked on May 6th and delivered on May 13th.I APPRECIATED EVERYTHING CANDACE AND PHOENIX TRANSPORT DID FOR MY FAMILY AND I. The price was the same as when I had originally got quote from her company before. The driver of the transport truck remained in contact to let me know if they were running late or not on pick up and on delivery. The car arrived and their were no issues. Again thank you Candace for all you did. Next time I know who to call for transporting a vehicle. I am so grateful to their dedication and commitment to their customers.
