There are a lot of companies out there that you could choose but Phoenix Auto was patient and answered all of my questions, followed up on my booking and found a carrier for me much faster then I had anticipated. Plus my truck was dropped off 5 days later and that included picking it up and dropping it. Five days early to be exact. And Eric called me the day it was supposed to be delivered to check if it had arrived, was the truck in good condition and was I pleased. Great customer service.
I also checked with the BBB and there are not that many companies that fill the bill. Phoenix has a good rating with them which helped me in my decision too. I would definitely use them again. I wouldn't even check with another service.
