Beware Perez Transport! Fernando Perez came to our business to load a pick up going to Albuquerque NM. on 7/14/15. The agreed price was $525.00. His BOL was a hand written note (which should have set off some alarms but didn't). He collected the check for the delivery but, before he loaded the pick up, explained to our yard man that he had a flat on his trailer and needed to go get it repaired. He said he would get it fixed and be back in 30 minutes to load and be on his way. He went straight to the bank, cashed the check (it was cashed the same day it was issued), and never returned. All attempts to contact him have gone unanswered. This man just outright stole $525.00.
