Terrible Customer Service

Just so there is no confusion as to whether I am rating the correct company or not, this rating is for Patriot Auto Transport, LLC, Owner Michael Anthony. I had requested that the vehicle be picked up from BMW of Tyler, Texas and delivered to my home in California. It is correct that they did not take my money up front. I suspect this is the case so they have no obligation to do anything for you if they can't broker a deal with a carrier, assuming they are a broker of course. In my case, the experience started out pleasant exchanging with Michael Anthony, michael@patriotautotransportllc.com the owner, on a regular basis. The promise was that they would pick the vehicle within 3 days and deliver it within 3 days after they picked it up. On July 7th, I advised Michael that the car could be picked up anytime on July 10th or after. On July 9th I messaged Michael for an update on when the car could be picked up so I could let the dealership know. As of today, July 29th, 2020 I still have not heard anything from Michael. If something bad happen to Michael, I'm sorry and take back my "one star" rating. If in fact I became unimportant and therefore he decided to string me along, then SHAME ON YOU AND I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!
