Consisently great communications from the dispatcher and driver. Khasan, the driver was polite, conscientious, well spoken, and easy to work with. Between phone calls and messages I was kept totally informed about the shipment. Arrived one day early and in great shape (dirty but it was an open transport which had just driven across the united states, duh!) Dispatchers were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great job team....
