I had to ship my Infiniti from Florida to Texas. I have never done this before and really was unsure of how it would work. I received lots of phone calls and interest in shipping my car, I had no idea on who to choose. When I spoke with Josh he was such a nice guy. He did not interrupt me or pressure me into anything, there was no sales pitch or bashing of another company. He explained to me how the industry works, what we needed to do in order to get my vehicle shipped in my time frame, and he walked me through everything from pick up to drop off.
All of my questions were answered and I felt very comfortable with him and his company. Even though Josh's company was new, I did not worry about it at all, he followed through with everything he said and made it happen.
If you want someone to be honest and to follow through with what they say, I would only call Josh at Pacman Auto Transport.
Great guy, great company, great service, great experience!!!
