When they arrived at my street, they called me and said they would not bring the car to my house. I live on a cul de sac and there would not have been a problem turning the truck around. The woman who called told me that I needed to come to the end of my street to retrieve the car. I explained to her that I was disabled and could not walk to the end of the street. She said that once I got there in my car, she would then drive the delivered car back to my house for me. I even explained that I would drive her back to the truck. She assured me that she would drive it here. She lied, she took my money and ran and left me on a main road with my car that I had driven there and the car she dropped on the street. I could not just leave the car there so I had to wait for an hour until I could get someone to drive the car to my house. The woman was horrible and rude and I would never recommend her to anyone.
