Nightmare to GREAT Experience

I am in the Navy stationed in Pensacola, Fl and received orders to be stationed in Oak Harbor, WA. Having three vehicles and having a pregnant wife that I didn’t want stressed driving over 2800 miles I decided to have two of the vehicles transported. I originally booked the transport of my 2007 Impala and 1981 C10 Pickup through another company to be picked up in Houston, TX and delivered to Seattle, WA. Everything was going well until it came to picking up the vehicles and then turned into a nightmare. The company missed the pickup date and that was the last contact I had with them. They never called me back or returned my calls for 2 weeks. I then called Mark Anthony at eShip and within 5 days my vehicles were picked up and on their way to Seattle. Ray with Overnight Transport LLC was the carrier that picked up the vehicles and kept me informed about estimated delivery date/time. All in all I am EXTREMLY pleased with my experience with both eShip and Overnight Transport LLC. Both companies were PROFESSIONAL and kept OPEN COMMUNICATION before, during, and after the delivery of both vehicles. Mark Anthony and Ray turned a negative into a positive and I will be recommending them to anyone that needs to transport a vehicle. Don’t shop around just call eShip and they will take care of you.
