I dispatched 2 loads to this company and depended on them to collect my broker fees and send them to me within a timely manner. The 1st was early November and the 2nd early December. Our contract terms required them to pay within 7 days of delivery. The 1st order was 30 days late when their dispatcher called me and requested the 2nd unit. I told him I had still not been paid for the 1st. He said it was their oversight and the payment would be sent out that day. Believing that he was telling the truth, I dispatched him the 2nd unit and low and behold it is now almost 2010 and still no payment. I keep calling their office and no one will answer and when they do, they put me on hold until I hang up. I would tell anyone looking to work with this carrier in any way to avoid them at all costs. They are liars and they are thieves.
