Towards the end of November I was trying to ship my car for the first time. I was really nervous about it but I didn't have the time to drive my daughter's car on such a long trip. When I got a call from Official they were friendly and willing to take the time to answer my questions. I decided to give it a shot and to my surprise they set the pick up date for my vehicle on a date that was feasible for me. I'm glad they were able to get it done for me when I needed it without any damages. Last week I called in again to transport another car and Thomas helped me again and my car was safely dropped off yesterday afternoon. If I ever need to to do this again they would still be my first choice.
