I just relocated from VA to FL. I've never had my car shipped before and was clueless about the process. When I called Official Auto, Andy stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes to explain all of the details of the move. He even gave me his cell number to call him if I had any questions after office hours. I let him know from the beginning that it was very important that I get my car picked up on the 15th of December. Not only did he get my car picked up on time, but I was given the driver's number so I could contact him along the way. This company made shipping my car the easiest part of my move. It was stress free and hassle free. They took care of everything. Next time I need my car shipped, Official Auto Transport has by business.
