First off: if they decide to return my multiple calls and e-mails, I will consider changing my review to better reflect their services.
OK Auto Carrier damaged my vehicle in an enclosed carrier. I have before/after pictures proving the damage was done during transportation. The Bill of Landing indicates there was no damage to the roof during pickup and the driver noted that there was damage upon delivery - all is written down and signed. I have a video of the driver saying I should claim the damage to the company. They also turned the dash cams off in the vehicle, which is extremely suspicious. The vehicle was not in the same spot on delivery that on pickup, which means they moved the vehicle but there is no footage of it in my camera.
So what does OK Auto Carrier do when my damage claim comes in? Well, ignore me of course! It's been over a month and a half since I submitted the claim and no answer.
If anyone from the company is reading this: I will be taking legal action soon. Your service has been far from "OK" and I am not paying $1k for the damages you caused.
