Don't let them transport your car

I was assigned No Doubt to transport from CA to TX. The driver had no clue what time he would show up, when I called him he said "common man, I'm eating" and when he finally called back about a time, it was when I was having a farewell dinner with friends. I rushed back and loaded the car onto the truck with no major damage on the Bill of Lading. The car arrived in four days, but was delivered at 11 PM. When the driver pulled my car off the truck, I could he a loud scraping coming from underneath. When the driver finally got the car off, I told him of the noise and we looked under the car. A medium size plastic piece, which was part of my inner fender wall, was torn loose, hanging, and bent backwards. The driver marked the damage down. The next day, I visited a repair shop and was looking at $215 in repairs. I called no doubt and told "Linda" that about the damage and would send over the repair estimate. Daylin got back to me days later asking why my first e-mail said fender and the repair said inner fender wall. I told him that's how BMW of NA lists the part and he said he would get back to me. I didn't hear back from him for a week or so and called and he said he was just waiting to hear back from someone. I had my parents help out with calling Daylin and he told my mother that he was no responsible for the damage since it was to the underbody and that he had talked with his insurance. So my mom got his insurance on the phone and they told us that they had never heard from Daylin regarding this issue and that THEY, not DAYLIN were the ones to decide what is covered. I wrote Daylin an email regarding our conversation and that he needs to pay me for the damage. I also contacted safe car direct shipping and told them that they need to help out. From the insurance copies i havem it appears that No Doubt has had their insurance cancelled at least 3 times. Daylin and No Doubt are not trustworthy, have horrible business practices, and when it comes down to it should not be allowed to deal with people or make money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NO DOUBT...GET REASSIGNED TO A DIFFERENT CARRIER.
