I was told the transit time would be 3 days. It turned out to be 10 which didn't bother me that much. However, when the car arrived they had me pick it up on the side of the road and were obviously in a hurry to pull away. Later that afternoon I noticed several deep scratches on the rear passenger side corner of the car. Due to the positioning, the scratches were clearly not caused by a collision and appeared to be the result of loading / unloading my car or another car while in transit. I began trying to file a claim on 11/21 and I have not been able to reach Daylin at No Doubt via email or phone. It is now 12/5 so it's been two full weeks of emaisl and voicemails that have gone unreturned. The broker I went through, National Auto Transport and their insurance company, Tri-Con Insurance Services have also not been able to reach Daylin at No Doubt. How can a place a business just not answer or return phone calls? STAY AWAY AND MAKE SURE YOUR BROKER USES REPUTABLE CARRIERS. I know I will never just blindly let a broker pick one for me again.
