All what you wrote here is false, the driver did get paid and we have a copy of the cashed check.
You asked to cancel your reservation after your car is on the truck (what funny) , its sounds like you made a good deal with the driver.
Nobody was rude its just that you asked impossible things after you signed a clear contract, and we do have all calls recorded.
The driver had been paid in full, we completly dont understand where are you coming from.
