I started with another company and they just kept putting the pick up date off. After more than a week of that I called New Way and Carol was extremely helpful. I admit I was a little hesitant with the pick up in three days (thats what I had been told by the other company), but Carol said it was not a problem. And they were in the area in 2 days, and my car was picked up early on the third. I had the drivers tel # and was kept informed at all times. My car arrived 8am on the day specified and the driver was courteous. I would definitely use them again.
