This was my first experience in transporting a vehicle by a transport trucking company. New Way Moving Services, thanks to Jaya and Summer delivered on every aspect of their contractual obligation. My car was supposed to be picked up sometime between September 30 and October 9. The pickup date was October 7. What I was most impressed with was the level of communication jaya and New Way provided me throughout the process. I was very hesitant and nervous about whether my car was going to be picked up and delivered without incident and within the ten day window I had established. Jaya continually called me and provided me with progress reports and updates on what she as the dispatcher was doing to get my car transported to Florida. If I were to transport any vehicles in the future, based on my experience with New Way, I would contact them again. Also very happy to recommend New Way to my friends and associates.
