Since contacting Scott, we have been very satisfied with customer service..we were explained the process and I have faith in that they will be true to their word...even dispatch customer service has been phenomenal, I have already recommended them to several of our military members who also need to move vehicles. Well...I will post again once my vehicle reaches the end of this contract...but compared to what I've read concerning other companies, this one just seems more reputable....only time will tell...talk to you soon!
