The order for transporting was place on June 3- 2013 with a transport date 6/16/2013 to 6/23/2013 at a cost of $825 Door to Door transport service. The person did not respond till 6/20/2013. On calling to customer service the reply was they are searching the driver who can transport during the time frame. After repeated call to the transport manager they could find one driver on 6/21/2013 and asked additional charge of $150 which manager agreed to share half. So final price was $900.0 On agreeing to the new charge only the manager released the name and contact number of the driver. The transport driver shown in ability to pick up the car from apartment and car had to be taken to a relative. Also the driver reported car to be picked up from a gas station 1 mile away from home on main road and not delivered car at home.I will never use this company in future as they are highly unreliable. They are worst transport broker and can never be trusted
