First of all we didn't block the customer email.
We never guarantee a specific date for pick up, the customer had signed a written contract agreeing for the dates and the terms.
When the date come she denied the contract, that she signed.
She was very rude to all the office personal and impossible to deal with.
We had offered her few carriers which she denied all of them
