New Way Moving posted in error the dispatch at full price of $325.00. The carrier picked it up and delivered at full price. New Way Moving will not accept responsibility for their error in posting and charged us the deposit of $150.00 in addition to the driver charging full price. NEW WAY MOVING quoted at $325.00 door to door. When our credit card company contacted their manager, Jaia with me on the line, she raised her voice and called me a liar. Several days later our credit card company contacted the owner, Rachel with me on the line, she argued and then hung up on us. BEWARE, NEW WAY MOVING DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR CONTRACT PRICE OR PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMER. THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER AND THE CARRIER FOR THEIR ERROR IN POSTING.
